Greater Raleigh Area Chapter (GRAC)
Our chapter is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and supports critical and progressive care nurses in the Triangle area. As a local chapter of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, we welcome nurses who care for high acuity and critically ill patients and their families.
The GRAC mission is to Grow, Renew, Achieve, and Certify. We achieve this by providing education and resources to nurses who care for high acuity and critically ill patients, networking opportunities, leadership development, mentoring opportunities, and community service activities for those in need.
Becoming part of the GRAC local chapter is a rewarding experience. We offer the following benefits:
~ Quality educational programs that focus on current practice issues and offer research
based content that are essential to critical care and progressive care nursing.
~ Educational programs that provide continuing education units (CEUS) or Synergy
CERPS from AACN.
~ Networking opportunities.
~ Development of leadership skills through participation in chapter activities.
~ Discounted member rates for AACN educational programs.
~ Eligibility for an annual scholarship to NTI.
~ Community service opportunities.
We invite you to join and become more involved in our chapter. Non-members and nursing students are also welcome to attend our educational offerings.
We look forward to meeting you!
Sincerely,
The GRAC Board
